- I'm grateful for my family, friends, and the opportunities and challenges that life brings my way. I feel lucky to have wonderful children and a loving husband. I am grateful for what I have learned from my yoga teachers and the students who come into class every week. I am thankful for my good friend Betty who is there through thick and thin.
